Payment Policy

All payments for services including planning reporter assignments, coordinating multi-location coverage, setting up camera positions, and managing live updates from the field must be made in advance via approved methods. Invoices are issued upon confirmation of assignment and are due within 14 days.

broadrixo.com reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the scope of field production requirements. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to commencement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if services are cancelled by broadrixo.com due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the client after assignments have been confirmed.

In the event of partial delivery, a pro-rata refund may be issued at the discretion of broadrixo.com. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
